I need a recipe for Salvadoran quesadilla

I'm looking for a recipes for a cake from El Salvador called quesadilla. It's not the same as the tortillas with cheese from Mexico. It has cheese in it I think but it's more like a pound cake sweet. Has anyone heard of it? My boyfriend is from el Salvador ans wants me to make it. Thank you for your help.

1 cup flour
1 1/2 cup suger
1 cup sour cream
4 ozparmesan chesse grated
4 eggs
2 stick butter 1 teaspoon baking soda sasame seeds
mix together cook at 350 for 45 min cheack often when cooking

My wife is from El Salvador and makes the greatest quesadilla...very different than what they give you in a Mexican restaurant...however I see that they now have the recipes for it on a lot of web sites...just use your search engines...you are right ...it is more like pound cake but more addictive...uses cream cheese, sour cream , dried or diced parmesan, sugar, vanilla, eggs etc...but you have too get the right balance of ingredients or it comes out too cheesy or too bland.
