Mozzarella in tomato sauce

I am trying to find a recipe for mozzarella in a tamatosauce which was baken in a wood oven. I had it in Naples in May and it was superb. Can anybody help?

Is it Scamorza alla Pizzaiola?

It sounds like Scamorza alla Pizzaiola to me. Scamorza is a close cousin of mozzarella from southern Italy, often smoked. Pizzaiola means "pizza style." Simply brush a baking dish with olive oil and cover the bottom with a layer of scamorza slices. Cover the cheese with a layer of sliced ripe tomatoes. Sprinkle the top with oregano, salt and pepper and drizzle with olive oil. Bake in a hot oven (400F/200C) until the cheese is melted. Serve with crusty bread. Good quality canned, crushed tomatoes can be substituted for the fresh tomato slices if you like, but what's the point really?
