What's for dinner?

We are having Salisbury steak with gravy - mashed potatoes - steamed asparagus with cheese sauce - sliced tomatoes - olives and I made a blackberry cobbler for dessert.

Sounds great!

Especially the blackberry cobbler.Last night I laid some tilapia fillets and shrimp in a casserole dish, tossed it with olive oil, lemon juice and garlic, topped it with crumbled feta, breadcrumbs and garlic and baked it until the fish was cooked through and the cheese browned. It was amazing and very simple. I served it with roasted new potatoes and sliced heirloom tomatoes. Everyone had seconds.
