METHOD
Basic Steps: Blend
- Rinse and squeeze the onions under running water for about 30 seconds.
- Mix with the rest of the ingredients and pulse in a food processor until well blended but still chunky.
VARIATIONS
- If you don't have a food processor, just mince the onions, peppers and tomatoes. Then mix all the ingredients well.
NOTES
- Serve this chutney as a condiment for a variety of curries, rice dishes, breads, scrambled eggs. Goes well with tandoori murgh and murgh tikka masala.
